This auction includes the vintage Tudor House, a Mini-Van, a 2-seater Car (with Luggage space in back), Swing-set, Slide, Kitchen Table (with table-settings sticker) & 4 Chairs, Yellow Bed, Rocking Horse, Green Couch, Green Sofa Chair & Table, Orange Chair & Table, Family of 4 (Dad, Mom, Boy, Girl), and a Dog.This vintage set is in nice shape. The Tudor House is the earlier version with the masonite base and cobblestone driveway. The House is in used, but really good condition... nothing is broke off, house closes and handle is secure to carry, garage door and front door open and close, doorbell works, lithos are in really great shape (see pictures).All in all this is a nice set... the Tudor-style House is really cute.Mini-Van is in excellent condition, it has the "bump-a-long" feature where the people bump up & down as the Van is pushed. The 2-Seater Car is also in great shape. Swing-set and Slide are in near mint condition. Kitchen Table has table-settings sticker on it... it has seen some wear, has clear glue around the edges, but table-settings are still very visible (see pictures). Rocking Horse is in great condition... has horse sticker on both sides... very clear. Bed, Couch, Chairs and mini Tables are all in excellent condition.
