This is a New Fisher Space Pen, Model #400RB Rainbow Titanium Bullet Space Pen. It comes with black ink and a medium point, and uses the "PR" series refills. This is a cap type pen, not a retractable pen. With the cap off it is a full sized pen, and compact with the cap on. It is pictured both ways in the photo for comparison. This pen is 5-3/8" long when ready to write and capped is only 3-3/4" long. The barrel is .350 which is a standard sized pen and has tapered, ridged grip. MSRP on this pen is $40.00. This pen comes in a gift box and does not come with the removable pocket clip, but If you would like a clip they are available in my eBay store in chrome, black, and gold. If purchased with a pen, t are no extra shipping charges for the clip. This pen uses the standard Fisher "PR Series" Refills. This refill was developed for NASA and has been used on EVERY Space Shuttle mission both American and Russian. They are hermetically sealed with a specially formulated thixotropic ink and pressurized to about 35 PSI. They are the only refills that will write at any angle because they do not rely on gravity, and have a shelf life of 100 years. The bottom paragraph (in Purple) tells more about the Fisher story. The PR Refills come in a variety of colors and points. I carry the full line in my e-bay store and they are priced under $4.00 each.
