Class 012 Steam Locomotive of the DB ("Deutsche Bundesbahn", German Railway Company), Era 3. In the early 50's, these prototypes were fitted with new high performance boilers and oil tenders (after conversion to oil firing). 3-point headlight on both sides, motor is in tender, transmission on 4 axles (2 axles with traction tires). This model is in great working condition, it has been cleaned and re-lubed and tested. All traction tires have been replaced by new ones. No cosmetic flaws, it has spent most of its time on a display shelf. Please see also my other listings. If you buy more than one item, S&H will be combined.
