You are bidding on a, Reddish Brown, Cowhide leather Flint striker bag with 3 pieces of Flint, a hardened steel striker and instructions on how to use it. The size of the bag is 4 3/4" wide, 4" tall and 1 3/4" deep. It has a fold over flap that closes by wrapping the lacing around a real, 1", Abalone shell. The leather lacing is decorated with Glass and metal Crow beads and Tin Tinkle cones. The front of the bag has a real Badger claw and a piece of real Turquoise on it. The strap is 25" long and it also has the Glass and Metal Crow beads at the top of it. The striker is hand forged, not by me, and strikes very well. The bottom of the striker is scratched because we try out all of our strikers to make sure they strike good. The striker is 3 1/2" long and 1 3/4 wide and fits the hand very comfortably. This also comes with instructions on what you need to strike an easy starting fire. This is a very nice Striker and Bag that is all handmade and well made by my wife and I. No two are alike. My Grandfather was full blooded Cherokee Indian. Check out the pics and you will see the time and the quality and thought that has gone into making this item.
