This flute is ideal for a beginner. It has the standard straight head and also a curved head so that younger children can reach the keys properly. The heads are interchangeable. The flute plays fine. The flute comes in its box and there is also a black carry case which is not in the photo. I have included the 'Standard of Excellence Book 1' which is the basic beginners book, along with 2 CD's. The book has been well used and there is some writing in - in pencil eg some notes have been written underneath and teachers comments are also in. It is perfectly usable though.
