A FOLEY / E.BRAIN BONE CHINA CORNFLOWER PATTERN TEA SET A beautiful Foley / E.Brain bone china 'Cornflower' pattern tea set . Comprising 1½ pint capacity tea pot; a 9¾" cake plate; a 3" creamer; six 7¼" tea plates; and six tea cups and saucers. Dates to between 1943 and 1959. In overall beautiful condition. Very few if any signs of use. The gilding is in fantastic as new condition. Colours and glaze as bright and fresh as new. Only thing I can see is there is some very mild micro crazing to 2 cups and one plate. Also unfortunately there is no sugar bowl. A super tea set indeed!.
