TERRY HOSEY BUFFALO SWAMP POTTERY West Georgia Folk Art Potter Out of the swamp and up for adoption today is a face jug from the BUFFALO SWAMP POTTERY collection in Carrollton, GA. He says he's old enough to move out and needs a good family to take him in. Made from Georgia red clay, he is glazed in autumn frost. His eyes and teeth have been made from white clay and have been left unglazed to achieve the look you see in the included photos. He stands approximately 8 inches tall and is about 6 inches wide from ear to ear. Signed and dated on the bottom by the artist. A unique gift for that special someone on your list. Thanks for looking! Our pottery is boxed and packaged with great care. This increases the weight and package size a little, however, we want your merchandise to arrive to you undamaged and have found this to be most beneficial.
