For sale today is a folk painted wooden band box. It is a miniature size 4-1/4" across x 2-3/8" x 2-1/2" high. It is made of a light wood and very well constructed. This box looks to be scandinavian to me because of the style of the lid. It has 2 ears to hold the lid on. T is a nice moving metal handle. The paint is quite intact except for a bit on the front. It has a nice aged crackle to the surface. The inside is clean. It looks handmade. This is really a WOW box. I am not an expert in the sort of thing so if you have any questions please ask.
