For auction is a very fine set of six glasses and a pitcher. They are Amethyst Purple in color. The pitcher is footed and all are in excellent condition. No cracks or chips or discoloring.The pitcher measures 8 1/2 inches tall and 6 inches across with scalloped edges. The glasses measure 4 inches tall by 3 1/8 inches across. T is a great deal of detail, a floral design, in both the pitcher and the glasses. The pictures don't really do it justice. The color is deep and rich and the glasses and the pitcher are quite heavy and thick bottomed. Due to the heavy construction of this set and the fact it should be double boxed for safe arrival the shipping cost are a little high.This would make a great addition to any collection.
