This sale is for a window card poster for the Broadway production of "Footloose" at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. It was on display in the theatre during the run and was then kept in the theater's archives until we recently acquired it. It is mounted on thick posterboard."Footloose" opened in 1998 and was loosely based on the 1984 film of the same name.Original cast includes Dee Hoty, Jeremy Kushnier, Stephen Lee Anderson, Jim Ambler, Robin Baxter, Susan Bigelow, Rosalind Brown, Catherine Campbell, Paul Castree, Kathy Deitch, John Deyle, Stacy Francis, Artie Harris, Billy Hartung, and John Hilner.It was nominated for four Tony Awards. When Ren McCormack moves to a small town where the local government has banned dancing and rock music, he leads his classmates around the law and Reverend Shaw Moore to have a real senior prom.The Broadway production ran for 709 performances until July 2, 2000The poster is in good condition except for some of the edges, which are fair.Window cards are shipped carefully packed and protected by poster board.Questions?
