Fores Sporting Notes and Sketches Vol. VII dated 1890-1891, published by Messer's Fores of London. This being the 'annual' for their quarterly magazine covering British, Indian, Colonial, and foreign sport including horse racing, fox hunting, shooting, polo, yachting, cricket, as well as lion & bear hunting, sometimes written in a humorous style. The book also contains beautiful illustrations throughout by various artists as shown in the photos (all complete), and has 304 pages with additional pages of adverts from the Victorian period at the back of the book.
