The Kit features precision laser cut clapboard walls, Tichy doors and windows, metal detail parts, laser cut shingles, color signage and weathering instructions. Figures, vehicles and scenery are not included --- This Kit is No Longer Available Every town, large or small needs a Radio Station & Record Shop !! I know of no other Radio Station Kits available out there -- and will come to the lucky bidder still sealed with tape on the bottom 2 sides --- it has never been opened --- REALLY TRUE . The Box does not even show any shelf wear as it has been stored in yet another box since I received it --- safe, sound, smoke free and dry.
