A 3D sculptured and polished fossil specimen containing Orthoceras fossils in rock matrix from the Devonian age Limestone deposits of Morocco.This piece is as pictured and measures 215mm (approx 8.5 inches) tall. This item has a sawn flat base for easy displaying. Weighs approx 1.4 kilos.The fossils contained in the rock from which this piece has been carved are approx 350 million years old.
