Four superb graduated vases -probable Mason's Mandalay. Ironstone Handpainted with hand applied gilt These vases are hexagonal is shape and have the most intricate decoration I have seen on this type of piece, they are superb and top end quality pieces from the early 2oth century. They are unmarked accept for the painters marks and i wonder if they are test pieces as they have no reason not to be marked. They are very like Mandalay but with more decoration and gilt The pictures may show flash flare on the gilt, but they are prefect in that the gilt is a full diamond pattern with gilt spots. The decoration is staggering and beautiful The condition is perfect except for one vase ( 3rd in height)having a minor base chip/sliver right on the base that does not impact on the side rim and is no issue(very minor) -- the others are great. First vase 25cm tall /14cm width at top Second vase 21cm tall/12cm width at top Third vase 17cm tall/10cm width Fourth vase 13.5cm tall/7.5cm tall I will accept returns no quibble on all my items I will post worldwide - please ask for an exact postage cost - to individual countries
