Offered for auction are these FOUR Haviland Limoges Cobalt Dinner Plates. They employ the Marseille blank (Schleiger No.9) with Gold 422. All four plates are without chips or cracks, but note that t is some wear on the gold edges (see one of the images for an example of the worst wear). None of the plates have perfect gold on the edge, but they are all quite usuable for the most elegant occasions. Any bright spots in the images are glare and not wear. The inner applied gold,as on the embossed design of the whiteware, is in fabulous condition. This 9 5/8" diameter size is fairly hard to find.
