This bottle is 12¼ inches tall including the dispenser. It is etched with: BETTER BEVERAGE BOTTLERS / FOX LAKE, WIS. / contents 26 oz. The base is etched: MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA . The dispenser is marked: BETTER BEVERAGE BOTTLERS.The bottle has no cracks, stains or significant chips. There are several small bruises on the top part of the bottle and a couple tiny nicks on the lower part of the bottle. They are all very minor and mentioned in the interest of accuracy.I combine shipping on multiple purchases.
