Graded and very conservative VF 25(apparent) it looks much better than the grade. The notes say that it was "washed; minor stains; colors faded" but I don't notice any fading here. The colors look fine to me. The stains, while there, do NOTHING to detract from the fantastic eye appeal of this very rare note. This is a highly sought after issue and here is your chance to pick it up for a reasonable price. In the end it is GORGEOUS and worthy of your very strongest bid.
