France, Minkus specialty album with pages and stamps through 1969.No pages are missing and the pages are in excellent condition with almost no toning of the paper.The Showgard mounts used in this album are mounted on the page with stamp hinges thus resulting in no damage to the pages.The binder is like new except for a little wear on the bottom of the spine.The dust cover is in poor condition.This is a remainder collection of 1,478 different French stamps from 1853 through 1969. There are also some French Colonies, French post offices abroad, and French occupation stamps included in the collection.Nearly all of the 365 stamps with Showgard mounts are MNH.These stamps are nearly all in sound condition.The 2013 Scott CV for this collection is about $2,500.00.The following stamps should be Noted:Most of the stamps between 1853 and 1900 are sound. However a few of the higher catalogued stamps between the above dates have a tear or are thin.For example:Sc# 22, 1862, 1c, unused, NG, has a tear and is thin, CV $160.00.Sc# 96, 1877, 5fr, used, has a large tear, CV $70.00.There are many higher catalogued stamps in this collection.For example:Sc# 476H, 1944, MH, HR, Arc de Triamphe, CV $37.50.Sc# 300a, 1935, MH, S.S.
