Nice example of a Franco-Prussian "September cover" - cover in Sept 1871 when the postal rate has been raised to 25c to help pay for the war - but t we no 25c stamps!. is a cover with strip of five of the 1c Laureated empire with #60 - tied with GC 3653 and cds ST GIRONE 29 SEPT 71 - to Arsiege Arrival cds on rev - letter clearly dated "29 Septembre 1871".
