Here i have these 3 items to do with what was a marvelous feat when i was a youngster many years ago in the 1960s. Firstly i have this wooden jigsaw that doesnt quite fit into the box and is complete but has some minor faults as follows. 2 of the pieces are broke into 2 as pictured but could likely be repaired easily. There are tiny holes in each corner, not sure why they were put in, but again i have pictured these.The box is in fair condition for its age and this jigsaw will come with its original map of the route taken by this sailor. Also included here is a Sunday Times magazine dated May 7th 1967 which has the story of this adventure within,again this magazine isnt in the best of condition, but the story can be read and it does tie in with other pieces for sale here. The jigsaw measures approx 14 x 14 inches. Cheap start and no reserve, so good luck to all.
