Up for bid is this Franciscan Apple Milk Pitcher. The backstamp indicates that it was made in 1953. It is 6-1/2" tall and holds 32 ounces of milk comfortably to the neck. It is in excellent condition with no flaws (no chips, cracks, scratches, crazing, or discoloration). This is a wonderful piece and would make a great Christmas present for the Apple collector. It was hand-made and painted in California by Gladding, McBean & Co.
