Original 8x10-inch color movie still was produced to promote the 1969 Hammer horror / sci-fi film, FRANKENSTEIN MUST BE DESTROYED, which starred Peter Cushing, Veronica Carlson, Maxine Audley, Freddie Jones, Simon Ward, George Pravda, Thorley Walters, Peter Copley, Colette O'Neil, Frank Middlemass, Geoffrey Bayldon, George Belbin, Jim Collier, Windsor Davies, Harold Goodwin, Michael Gover, Daphne Oxenford, Norman Shelley, Allan Surtees and Meadows White. The film was directed by Terence Fisher. This is a British front-of-house card, produced from the English release of the film. It is an original studio-issued movie item -- NOT a copy or reproduction. The card was printed in Great Britain and features the lush lithography associated with color stills of this period. Title information is printed in a box which is located near the lower right corner. The card features a nice shot of a woman visiting a heavily bandaged man. The color still is clean, bright and in excellent+ condition. It is pictured below.
