Franklin Mint 1948 Harley Davidson Panhead Road Ralley Up for auction is this rare Like New Condition Franklin Mint 1989 Harley Davidson Panhead Road Ralley Edition. This is a truly rare bike not many of these were released with the red paint. This Bike was only removed from the box for display in a huge collection which is all going up for sale. This auction is complete with original box, packaging box, sealed gloves, unopeneded cleaning tool, hang tag, owners manual with certificate of authenticity, and a print copy of "The Enthusiast Motorcycle Magazine from June 1948.
