The Ulysses S. Grant PlateIssued by the White House Historical AssociationThe 8 inch plate is solid sterling silver inlaid with 24 karat gold. Plates comes in the original display box lined with blue velvet and includes the certificate of authenticity. Each plate is the likeness of the President and his name. Each plate has a serial number. This one is 3106. Certified Jun 26 1975. This plate was issued in limited edition by the Franklin Mint.Now for the other information that is not included on the COA.My father collected Franklin Mint items. I am not a expert. I am only giving you information that I can confirm from the COA. This item appears to be new. I do not remember ever seeing this plate displayed in our home. I found a box full of plates and now I am selling them.I will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.I will be happy to combine shipping. I will use a flat rate USPS box.
