Franklin Mint Wizard of Oz Portrait Sculptures Collectable Miniatures Set of 20 figurines and wood display case that features the Yellow Brick Road leading to the Emerald City etched in a mirror. The figures range from 3-4 inches tall. Each comes with a certificate of authenticity and receipt in a special box . I have 2 Glinda's. One is in perfect condition and the other has a broken arm. I have the piece and will let you glue it back together. Her skirt is also much lighter than the other one I have. I do not have a certificate for her either. She is just a bonus for you. The Glinda that comes with the set is in perfect condition.
