I purchased this collection "The Worlds Great Performance Cars" from Franklin Mint new in the seventies. I have the "Certificate of Authenticity" That's reads in part as follows; First Edition Proof Set issued in a single edition limited to no more than 25000 sets world-wide. in 24 karat Gold electroplated on solid sterling silver.In addition the collection includes data on each car.
