Vintage original 10-1/4" x 13-1/2" Life Magazine candid photograph dated 1958 of Fred Astaire playing the drums, ostensibly at home. EXMT or better condition with light wear, stamped on the back, photographer was Ralph Crane. Comes from the famed Lester Glassner Collection.Lester Glassner amassed a collection of over 250,000 movie stills and countless movie posters (donated to the Library of Congress), pop culture artifacts and the like. His home in Manhattan had literally become a private museum.
