However, they are more likely geometric in design, and have diamond or hexagon medallions. Both the Turkish (symmetrical) and Persian (asymmetrical) knots are used. The rugs range from coarse to finer than most Hamadan rugs. They also have thick construction of very good wool. These beautiful rugs are suitable for both traditional and modern decors.
