· CLOCK CASE : Solid brass with no blemishes or tarnish. Doucine in shape (serpentine).The rear door opens and closes with satisfying precision! Size medium height 12.5cm without handle width 8cm depth 7cm. Case has been waxed to prevent tarnishing case is in excellent condition. This clock has a round top window rarer than the oval type which is rarer. I estimate the clock to be approx., 1910 · MOVEMENT : Beautifully engineered classic French movement. Movement was checked for wear then cleaned, polished and oiled it. The escapement is a replacement 11 jewel lever escapement works well with good amplitude has been ultrasonically cleaned, and re oiled..
