"French Casino" was located at corner of 55th Street and 7th Avenue, which is printed on the wooden mallet handle. French Casino was the most lavish, high volume entertainment club that NYC had ever seen when it opened! Hard to find memorabilia from the era pre-World War II, when dancing, dining, drinking were in full swing around Broadway. Measures 8-1/2" long, overall very good condition with light wear.
