Vintage !! French Casserole w cover MarCrest Stoneware NEW IN BOX. 8 3/4 " French Casserole with Cover. Large 54 oz. size stronger. Holds heat longer. Easy to handle. Cook, Bake, Serve. The smart, modern way! Old Fashioned Oven-Proof Stoneware dinnerware. Finished in Warm Colorado Brown Glaze. Excellent condition. I just opened the box to make sure everything was ok ... it was sealed when I purchased it. GREAT FIND. See photos, the lid does have a manufacturer's flaw that looks like a little chip, but after looking very closely, I believe that it was not finished correctly. Still does not really take away from this beautiful collector piece!! Thanks for looking and check my auction for other items that are old, new, antiques and unusual. I do combine shipping whenever possible.
