I really don't know what exactly this is, the following description I found online seems to look the most like mine. Desk is 77" wide, 34" deep and 30.5" tall. It could use cleaning of the gilt, especially the feet, they are a little green. The legs show their wear, this desk would be beautiful if re-done"A Fine Regence Style Gilt-Bronze Mounted Kingwood Bureau Plat in the Manner of Charles Cressent.This fine bureau plat has a shaped top with a tooled leather writing surface above one long and two short drawers, The desk is raised on cabriole legs with exceptional gilt-bronze acanthus framed figural espagnolettes, the legs terminate in acanthus wrapped sabots.
