FRENCH ENAMELWARE* GRANITE WARE* BLUE LAVABO FRENCH ENAMELWARE* GRANITE WARE* BLUE LAVABO Two piece Lavabo, bright blue, I have been told these were used in apartments for washing up. You would fill the tank with water, then use the sink to wash up with. This one is in good condition, it is missing the dolphin like faucet that turned the water on and off. It does have some enamelware missing, which really adds to the character of the piece. It probably dates to the early 1900's and this one was brought from France. Both pieces have hooks to hook to the wall with nails or screws. They make beautiful planters or wall decorations.
