Back of blade engraved with "Coulaux Freres" who were the owners of the Klingenthal company since 1801. This was made after 1804 when Coulaux brothers were Imperial manufacturers and blade so marked. I am not a sword or military expert so do your own studies to verify this. Blade is 23" long. Back of blade, "M-facture Impl. Ju Klingenthal Coulaux Freres " Metal smooth on blade. Unbent and straight. No sheath. I have an earlier model of this at auction now on Ebay. Please email me with any questions. I am a 14 year member of Ebay and Squaretrade.
