This is cast bronz figural lamp,marked"Leblanc".It has a bronze molded" finial" consisting of phesants in the grass.The lamp also has intricately molded ivy,wheat,acorns and the base also has very intricately molded clifts with polor bears on them.I believe this would date to circa.1940's.,maybe earlier!As a whole,because the lamp is very lovely could be restored fully,( it may have had something on the flat plate on the front ,but not sure.)It weights over 10 LBS !
