French Oceania Collection from Neat Scott Vol I 1840-1940 AlbumThis offering is from an extremely clean Scott International Volume I collection. The original collection was in 3 volumes, the pages are very clean and can be put right into your album. There are many extra stamps and most of these are neatly mounted on blank pages. All in all a beautiful collection. The stamps are lightly hinged and condition is good. All stamps included in the auction are shown and be sure to see the pictures shown below the description not just those at the top of the page.Note; In most collections there are some stamps that are mounted in the wrong location, there are occasionally reprints or stamps with faults such as thins. I don't check the collections with a catalog, or check perforations or watermarks, nor do I check the backs of each stamp, but I do present excellent pictures. We always combine items together in one package to save on shipping costs and this will be reflected in your invoice, so if you buy more than 1 item, please wait for an invoice. We usually send invoices the afternoon after the auctions end. We never charge more than stated in the auction, but if shipping is less than the amount paid, we refund all overages in excess of $1.00. Therefore, we are not able to use postage stamps to mail our shipments.NOTE to INTERNATIONAL bidders: The US Post Office recently raised the rates for shipments to overseas countries, these increases impacted the 1st Class Package significantly. When we ship items we must use the 1st Class Package service because it is the most economical way to ship that allows tracking of the package and Ebay and our shipping insurance company require tracking. We never charge more for shipping than the actual cost and always combine items to save shipping costs, but we can not make exceptions to these rules. If you think these shipping costs are too high I respectfully ask you NOT to bid. Ebay/USPS labels are printed automatically with a customs form.
