The item is a 1/700 scale waterline model of the ImperialJapanese Navy aircraft carrier Hosho. She was the world's first commissionedship that was designed and built in 1922 as an aircraft carrier, and the first aircraft carrier of the Imperial Japanese Navy. The box has been opened built the kit is complete with decals and Japanese instructions. This model will make a great addition to any 1/700 waterline series collection.
