FUKAGAWA Porcelain small souvenir vase marked NYK Line (Nippon Yusen) For sale is a miniature 3" memorabilia vase made for the NYK LINE - the Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha Shipping Company. An internet search dates it as made about 1924. The front side of the vase shows a tree scene with Mt. Fuji in the background - the rear shows the original NYK Line, flag logo in red, as attached photo. The base is marked with the Fukagawa Fuji and characters mark in red as photo. This vase has minor factory flaws a couple of tiny underglaze dark specks which are manufacturing marks & not damage. The vase is in excellent, condition with no signs of damage. A very nice item for the collector of maritime porcelain, or the Fukagawa collector. Measures 3 1/8" high x 2 7/8" wide.
