Please feel free to check out my other casino chips and tokens by For my store page, You are bidding on a genuine HOLIDAY hotel/casino $5 (five dollar) solid sterling silver gaming/slot token (1967 Franklin Mint "Full Proof" version, obsolete token) from Reno, Nevada. These limited "Full Proof" tokens were originally specially made for casino presentation, they are even more limited than the "Proof-like" versions (both versions made from same solid sterling silver material and weigh the same) but full proofs have even higher detail/embossing with a more frosted surface finish on the edges. 1,550 proof-like sets and 500 full proof sets were produced in 1967, and also each year from 1965, 1968, and 1969 (but no sterling silver tokens produced for any year other than 1967). Today, the number of existing uncirculated condition proofs or proof-likes are likely a fraction of that. This token is larger at 45 mm or 1.75" inches, than the commonly standard 35 mm or 1.37" inch one dollar size, its made from Solid Sterling Silver (1.3 Troy oz.) .This is a true collector's item!
