DEUTSCHE KOLONIEN is a tobacco card album published in 1936 in Dresden, Germany by Cigaretten-Bilderdienft. It measures 13 5/8" x 9 3/4" with gilt cover titling and decoration, embossed figures and paste on pictorial cover. There are 72 pages with b+w illustrations and photos, maps and text in German plus A FULL SET OF 270 color cards with descriptive text for each set against a brown background. The cards picture people, implements, homes, colonists, ships etc etc in German Africa, Togo, Samoa and other German colonies. All of the cards are in Excellent to Mint condition.
