This is a very unique and humorous talking police officer cookie jar. When the head of the police officer is lifted up , A loud gruff voice says ," STOP !" "MOVE AWAY FROM THE COOKIE JAR." This cookie jar was manufactured by FUN-DAMENTAL TOO LTD and released in 2001. It takes 2 aa batteries which powers the voice. The jar is in exceptionally good condition. There are white spots on the outside not sure what they are from however the inside is perfect and when I scrape with my nail I can get the spots off. The lips and eyes moves as the officer talks over all condition is very good.
