Our products are described as clearly as possible but if you need any further information please ask. All items are checked prior to dispatch. However returns are accepted provided that we have received notification of an item being faulty within 14 days of purchase. We always obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' . If an item is lost by the post office we will supply a copy of 'Certificate of Posting' to any customer needing to make a claim against the Post Office. (Please note we cannot be held responsible by any damage caused by the Post.) Dispatch times are normally 2-3 days after cleared payment. If you have a picture or design of your own and would like it printed onto any of our items, please let us have a copy by email or post and we will print it onto the item including any message.
