Call 513-777-TIME for directions and our hours. 'Gale' 6 Dial Calendar Wall Clock-NR- is one of those clocks you just never see for sale. Originally patented Feb. 14, 1871, this clock tells alot of different things on its dial. It measures 30 inches long, 17 inches wide, and it has a 12 inch diameter dial. It is a timepiece, and it strikes the hour on a gong as most clocks do. But, it is geared to tell the calendar day of the month, month, the day of the week, with sunrise and sunset, a feature very few clocks will offer. This old movement is very complicated, with gearing added for these features. You can see the pendulum swing in the bottom of the clock, typical of the E.N. Welch Gale Wall Regulators. This clock would be a great addition to your collection, and it even looks old and original, but only you will know it is recently made by the ProClocks team. The putty to keep the upper glass intact has partially come out, so it will need a tender touch up on the inside of the bezel. Otherwise, it is ready to go. It is selling with No Reserve, so bid away and have this one in your home soon. It has shipping charges of $35 within the Continental USA.
