You are bidding on Warhammer Epic 40,000 published in 1997 by Games Workshop . The game has been opened but the components are unused (miniatures are still on the sprues, rulebooks are in near mint condition, all components are accounted for, etc.) The game is complete. The box top and bottom have some minor wear and there are some minor creases in the box top (left side) and the bottom (lower corners). The box corners are all intact. This game is long out of print and finding one in this condition is quite rare. The game includes: Two massive armies of Citadel miniatures (Space Marines and Orks) Ruined buildings (comprising 48 plastic walls and 18 rubble sections) 112 page Battles Book 112 pages Armies Book 48 page Rulebook Detachment card pad 22 Assorted dice 2 Plastic range rulers 51 Game counters 12 Fate cards Getting Started leaflet 2 Playsheets (slightly separated from cardboard sprue...see picture...Playsheets are in near mint condition otherwise) 20 Blast markers Card Ork Gargant The models are unpainted and require assembly (as is the case with all Games Workshop products).
