The Gasoline Automobile Engineering Education Series Extension Division of the University of Wisconsin by George Hobbs, Ben Elliot, Earl Consoliver 2nd edition ~ 6th printing ~ December 1920 ~ McGraw Hill hardback ~ no dust jacket ~ 483 pages The book exhaustively covers all aspects of the field of automotive engineering in 1919. It is illustrated with many black & white photos and line drawings. The cover is somewhat faded, has some stains, and is frayed along the edges. The binding it tight and the text block is complete. There are 1/2 tears at the top of both the first and second title pages. A former owner's name is stamped on the front free endpaper, there are a dozen check marks in the long table of contents, and there are some mathematical-type pencil jottings at the top of the back free endpaper. The page ends have dust soiling and the pages are browning in the margins. The book is NOT ex-library. It comes from a smoke-free home. Free shipping is available to US buyers via media mail.
