A DJH Factory Built O Gauge - 7mm Fine Scale Model of a BR/Ex LNER J72 Tank Locomotive. Modeled as Prototype No 68685 Shed-plate 52A (Gateshead) and finished in lined early BR livery. The model is missing a smokebox number-plate but this can easily be sourced from the usual suppliers. A professionally built model Built in etched Brass & Nickel Silver. The model features Slaters fine scale wheels, Bhuler or similar motor with MSC or similar heavy duty gearbox, combination of wiper and plunger pick-ups, milled coupling rods, sprung chain-link couplings and sprung buffers. Very nicely detailed back-head, with coal in the bunker. Runs superbly even right down to crawl speeds forward and reverse. The loco appears to have had very little use and is in mint condition - supplied in the original DJH box and c/w maintenance instructions.
