N gauge Ultra Low Relief Row of Three Shops #8-N. H&T Pawnbrokers. Stephenson Models. Paxstons Hardware. Scratch Built - Not a Kit. Designed for n gauge and to be fixed flat to the back scene of the layout.This is of solid construction having been printed onto heavy duty matt inkjet paper using an Epson Stylus Photo PX730WD printer and genuine Epson ink. It has then been glued to good qualty card and 5mm foam board.The building measures 122mm wide x 44mm high with a total depth of 7.5mm. Measurments are approx.Note that the scale cannot be 100% accurate.A sense of depth has been created by cutting out shop fronts and window openings and fixing signage and any cornice ect to the outer surface.Any white exposed edges of card have been removed.The model has received several coats of artist's matt spray varnish to help prevent any yellowing or fading.Selling as used however this has been recently built and has not been used on any layout.The pavement is not included. It has been used for illustrative purpose's only. The photographs are taken as close-ups and therefore any imperfections will appear more pronounced than they actually are. Each posting will receive an optional sheet of eight street name signs. If required these can be cut out using a sharp craft knife and glued to the model.
