GB Queen Victoria Registered Envelope which has two stamps affixed (1 1/2d Stamp has some damage to top right corner) with Cambridge Registered Cancel and sent to Paris France. Partial Wax Seal still intact to the reverse. Post Date - 28th December 1898 Envelope has been roughly sliced open to the top which has caused some tearing and the partial removal of the flap to the reverse. Some toning and general marks/smudges particularly to the front. Has some slight damage to the corners of the envelope.
