GE Green / Black bakelite Art Deco covered box GE Green / Black bakelite Art Deco covered box This is a superb Art Deco box half round box that has strong geometric lines and is accented with three chrome balls - one on the lid and two as the feet. This beautiful black and green box was manufactured by General Electric for the 1933-34 World's Fair and is marked on the bottom GE. The box measures apx 5" in width by 3 3/4" in height and 3" in depth. The box is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks, and the chrome balls are also in good condition. This would be a great addition for any Art Deco collector! This box is featured in the book Art Deco Bakelite Jewelry & Boxes by Peter & Deborah Keresztury on page 46-47.
