This is an immediately available, Buy It Now listing for one GE Variable Reluctance magnetic phono* cartridge, model VR-II, with a genuine GE 3 mil stylus for your 78 RPM discs, which shows little or no wear; plus the genuine GE 1 mil stylus for your mono 33 1/3 and 45 RPM discs, which shows little or no wear; both styli are mounted in standard baton type T-Bar with spring, locking collar, plus the red handle. Also included is a New In Package .7 mil diamond tip for your mono and stereo LP/45 RPM discs, plus a special mounting adapter to allow mounting this cartridge on a tonearm that does not have the hole drilled through the headshell. You can use the standard slide-in stylus assemblies with this push-in mounting adapter. This adapter can come in handy if you don't want to drill through a precious headshell or cartridge carrier. While the LP/45 styli should track well at about 4 grams, the 78 stylus may require 5-6 grams of tracking force, as recommended by GE way back when.
